I'm one of the people who believes that Binotto does not deserve punishment.
He is literally the brains behind the incredible cars that Ferrari builds. Even after they got busted for the fuel flow sensors, they managed to barely spend any credits and wildly improve their cars. He's a brilliant man - there just needs to be accountability in the strategy department.
