I have this lens and when it nails focus, it's sharp as a tack. But I've been disappointed in the low light focusing performance. I haven't had time to test it to see if the problem is with the lens or the body, but the last time I used this lens and shot a few pics in semi-low light, not one was in focus despite having focus confirmation.
But when it nails focus...
