There should be some recourse with Todt coming in instead of sitting on his chair pretending to be busy. If it is allowed to continue to give precedence to Merc then Max's life could even be in danger from these very people being that preside over the sport.
With Wolfs and HAM's repulsive attitude to the Silverstone incident knowing they could get away with another misdemeanour having a protective cover over them then other teams should join in condemnation about the way Merc is run and end this code of fear of complaining that seems to be present but hidden. It could also affect them if they improve to catch up with the front runners.
