If you're set on leasing, which has its advantages with certain models, the best deal you are going to find will certainly be for a 335i sedan. After that lease, the 135i MF will change (as it already has for Z4 Coupes) and hopefully start to favor the 135i, as it should.
The other option is to finance, which, if you work the numbers correctly, should be a much better deal.
