generally its not only one thing that differs 2 different powered engines.. but the major difference is both has 3.0L and 3.2L..
Vanos difference, pistons, exhaust, injectors, manifolds etc etc..
whats the thing you want to know.. generally in US cars are less powerful because of the "thicker" catt's that blocks the engine to breathe out..
