It will be an improvement, I'm confident in that... but I think people are overestimating just how much improvement they can truly make.

As of right now the cars are faster than last year. Red Bull is still the fastest with Ferrari now much closer (1kmh off top speed). Overall fastest cars is a very similar standing to last season.
