Dude I used to do that in the 90s back when we all still had dial up. You'd go into a local chatroom and put in ASL (age, sex location).. Then you'd just randomly ping one of the girls and start talking.. Eventually asking for a pic, which would take like 10min to download and of course fingers crossed that it was not a fake.
