The pricing on the BMW.ca website is still 2012. Select '5' then select build and Configurator will load. All options are listed as well as standard equipment which includes a significant number of items that was options in the US. But hurry since the 2013 numbers are out and should be on the website fairly soon.
My suggestion is build a car with all options and print it out to keep a firm list of whats available.
