I have had very good experiences with BMW North Scottsdale (SA Ron Davis). Every time I needed something they took care of me immediately, gave me a loaner each time, etc.
One thing: they have changed their loaner policy. Instead of giving you a loaner and requiring you to return it with a full tank of gas, they charge you a one time $25 fee when you get a loaner and it covers any gasoline you use and windshield damage.
