You've rarely seen anyone without a front license plate
I guess u haven't been looking at anyone's pics on this forum. In fact, I don't even remember seeing a pic of someone's M3/M4 with a front plate. Regarding, it's the law ... I guess you always drive 55/65mph on the highway or whatever the speed limit is, RIGHT?
