Not going faster than the lane to the right of you(which you should be doing if in the fast/overtake lane)
First two post sum up my everyday 80 mile commute pet peeves. Almost every one happens every day to me, especially the speeding up one, so damn frustrating. People will be going 65 until I come up at 80 and I have to move a lane to the right to pass since they can't move over and then they speed up and start pacing you, like really wtf asshole.
