I guess one could argue that it is wear and tear and not warranty (like adding gasoline, brakes or tires) but a pretty fine line when talking about internal fluids. My mothers 5 series came with a litre of oil in a BMW oil pouch in the trunk. I thought that was nice of the dealer (knowing that BMW's sometimes burn a bit of oil).
