For clarification; defeating it for spirited driving is why there’s a button there. But those who aren’t fully capable of handling the car shouldn’t defeat the driver aids. Accomplished drivers are often annoyed by the driver aids stepping in when racing the car on a track, for instance. That’s one environment where someone would turn the DSC off.

Turning it off for spirited driving on the street is a sticky subject that I’ll refrain from commenting on any further.

Unfortunately I’m not familiar with that issue. Hopefully someone can help out.
