I know it was a stupid mistake.

Anyways I had hooked up the battery incorrectly. When i put the key in the ignition the wipers were going and the lights blinking. After trying to start it for two minuites i started smelling a burning scent. No idea where it was coming from. I realized my mistake and disconnected it immediately. Now when i try to start the car it cranks very healthy but won’t start. I pulled the spark plug to check for spark and there wasn’t any. I also looked into the cylinder and it look dry with no fuel on the piston. There is pressure in the fuel rail.

I replaced all fuses and swapped relays with another BMW i had. Nothing worked. I even tried three different DMEs. They didn’t have the same part number but they were close.

Any advice would be appreciated.
