So many ways to prepare it. And it's cheap and healthy.
There was a time when you couldn't get me to try it. But then I discovered Extra Firm tofu and some good recipes. I'm still not a fan of tofu in most restaurants. I like mine firm and browned or crispy. If it's mushy, I can't abide.
