I'm not thinking into anything too much, nor did I say the SS 1LE was any harder or more punishing than a BMW M4. You're putting words in my mouth in some weird attempt to say an SS 1LE isn't an OEM built track car.

It absolutely is, even though there is a Camaro with more HP.

Just like I'd say a C7 GS with Z07 package, purpose built track car, even though there is the C7 Z06.
