It is nice that I was not alone during the shutdown period being the only one that got a good bit smaller. Most of the guys in my gym have lost some size, some more dramatic then others. The good news is starting over is fun in itself. Was definitely disheartening when we had to stop lifting and lost a lot of progress, but have to be optimistic with weight lifting or you'll just end up giving up.
Anways, shoulders and biceps yesterday. I was using one of the black bands with grips on it to do some resistance curls towards the end of my workout, band was under my feet and I was standing curling towards my head basically. After about 20 reps the handle popped off the right band and I about rocked myself in the side of the head lmao. Other then that nothing crazy, looking forward to legs today after work!
