Krueger actually has done quite a lot o "driver's cars" front: M division is rejuvenated with M2C, M5, X3M/X4M and upcoming M8. New 3 is much better "driver's car" too.
The successor will be much more focused on SUVs, crossovers, front-wheel architectures, emerging markets and, as mentioned earlier, electrification/autonomous drive. Don't be surprised.

This is the unfortunate truth.
This guy wasn’t very responsible for BMW’s mediocre driving cars. Those decisions were made in the late ‘00s when the F10, F30, F15, etc. were in development.
