Thats a disgusting event.
Although I could imagine being so incredibly flabbergasted if witnessed something like that that it takes a moment to jump to the rescue. I've had that before when seeing a traffic incident. That it takes a moment to jump back in reality.
I don't know if thats what happened here.
Although 3 of them were already filming, so I suspect that something was already going on? I dont think we see the whole story here, which makes it worse.
