No way would I want an S5 with the V8. The 3.0 supercharged is much better.
As for the others on your list, I've driven most of them. Nothing really there that lights my fire outside of the F Type.
Speaking of which, you can now get them in manual. Also, try a manual Aston Vantage out. They're not the fastest or most modern things out there, but they sound fantastic, and have loads of character, which a lot of modern cars are lacking.
