Milwaukee Mile AutoX and how to pimp your rotors… (added video link of cone killing)

Went to the Milwaukee Mile for an AutoX event and it was a blast. First AutoX event I’ve ever done. The idea for the event was to run on snow, but it was a balmy 50 degrees, so it turned into a regular event.

Other than a 2012 GT-R with omg wide tires the car held its own pretty well.
Met a great guy with an M3, but unfortunately no 2’ers out there. Hopefully some will show up in the summer.

I received several comments on my brakes looking hot (see pic). For those that want to pimp their rotors just add some EBC red brake pads and bed them in. During the bedding process it turns your rotors interesting colors (used to make sure your pads are making good contact with the rotor).

Side note, I definitely need to hurry up and order some camber plates. Not sure how much more "tread" I have on my sidewalls…

Here's a youtube of the course layout and me killing some cones. I tried moving up the banking to arc better into the corner, but the pavement was very cold and slick up there.
