I wouldn't bother with adaptive as it's not a very good system on the f30's(shared with the f20's) also quite a few people reported issues (like knocking sound) and the standard passive Msport suspension just right unless you want xdrive in that case you need it to make it a bit harder ride.
Pro nav does make the dash look great
