Manual sedan or Auto wagon?

I've pretty much settled on a 540 as my next car. I'm now torn on whether to get a 6 speed sedan or an automatic wagon.

I love driving a stick, but a wagon is so much more practical.

You sure about the 540? I've heard many horror stories about the cooling and the v8 in general. Nevertheless, the power is no doubt addictive. I've seen some cool sport wagons around (E39, 540) with the mesh wheels. Everyone will have an opinion on whether you should go stick or auto. I love having a manual on some cars, but my E39 just felt better to drive with the auto. The sport package certainly helps it feel better on the roads. Cheers.
