can you do rigorous work outs with them? don't they fall out when you start moving around?

+1, phone has no place at gym, you can leave it in your car with dildos. You can wait.

Very little annoys me at my new gym since it's one of the few real hardcore old school gyms left.

Oh yeah, still no being able to lift more than 60lbs with my still healing left arn annoys me immensely

They stay on pretty good, but I'm not a "hardcore" gym nut. Only thing I hate, is the cord gets caught sometimes (but that happens with most wired connections).

for me i can't wear my Beats Studio when i start boxing because they start to fall off my head! agree with mentioned already but the ambient noise from around the gym is blocked out and i can concentrate more on my work out...except when yoga pants walk by every 2 minutes!

Quarter squats and scared-cat rounded ass back deadlifts.

Also, bros that say they can leg press 1000 lb but can't squat 135 lb to depth. Newsflash, your weak AF.

People who don't ask if you are using the weights that are attached to your machine/area.

People who block the narrow passageway between the dumbbells and the benches.

There were two guys who consistently blocked me each time I had to walk to my bench. It's bad enough I am basically doing farmer's walks and then I need to keep asking these two guys to step aside.

Be aware of your surroundings. This goes for anything. If I see a guy struggling to get a few reps on something like bench, I will walk over and give him a heads up about asking for a spot if he needs one. People rarely ever take me up on my offer too. Blows my mind.

Hard to get spots these days because people are so wrapped up in their music. I guess they are #gottabeinthemindsetyO #cantturnofftherage

Pretty lame ideals as I have lifted with literally some of the strongest men in the world and they can go from laughing to lifting pretty quickly. More newbies need to watch this movie.

Dude same here,

I fucked up my left wrist sparring a few weeks ago, and when I shoulder press or dumbbell bench press, my right arm/hand wants the 100s, but my left can only take 70s:

I'm getting up there myself, lol.

A few years back I was incline pressing the 150s, getting older, broken and coming off "special supplements" has been quite the ego reset.

Guys ‘using’ several machines at once. They’re nowhere to be found for a while, but when you decide to go on a machine you think is clear they come out of nowhere to tell you, ‘bro, I was using that.’
