Perhaps buying a less expensive vehicle so you can go with a higher deductible... or forego collision and comprehensive altogether... which would result in lower insurance rates?

First car in high school was a B5 S4 avant with K04 turbos and meth, then moved to a 09 335i with downpipes/jb4, then a 12 Mk6 GTI with a K04 turbo.. Had all of these in high school

VW Jetta is a very fine and safe car. ? highly recommend that in 20K price range. That was my first car. Driven it for 90K mikes w/ no complaints and sold it to another Dad who was looking for a 5K car for his son (teen driver)
