Smile 2000 528i electrical problem

Right turn signal constantly flashing. Rt rear tail light comes on when engine switched off. Intermittently, no response when turning key to start engine. Will work after a few tries. Ordered ignition switch and turn signal hoping it's not the LCM. Please advise. I would prefer to fix this myself instead of getting ripped off by theBMW stealer.

Probably LCM problem with the lights. This should not affect to start the car though.
Maybe two different problems.

You can buy a used LCM and code it with BMW scanner and NCS-expert. (Both programs needed in most cases.
