power up code always on?

I have a 530d E39 (what a surprise with my username huh ;P) and have the professsional navigation (mk4) + 16:9 screen in there. It has an option in the menu "CODE" which (if key on position 1) I can enter a number in and when turning the key to 0 locks the car with this code for starting.

When I read the car with PA Soft bmw-scanner I see that the last number I entered is also visible as security code in there.

What I'd like however, is that the car always asks for the code when trying to start without having to enter the 4 digits every time when I power off.

Is there a way to code this? If so, how?
