Can I upgrade my 2000 528i steer wheel

I have a 2000 528 and it has the 4 spoke wheel I hate I wanted to update it any one know what I should buy?

I'm going to assume that you're looking for another BMW steering wheel? If so, are you wanting the 3 spoke M-steering wheel? If yes...what is your car's build date? If it is after 4/99...then you need to look for a steering wheel with a dual stage airbag.

But the problem here is...the 3 spoke (dual stage air bag) M-steering wheel with the round air bag...is the one that is under the massive Takata air bag recall? I have stopped keeping up with this issue since I don't own a BMW that falls into this build date range that would be affected...but the info below was from 2015. Most of the cars you can select from to upgrade your steering wheel...fall under the recall:
