Not sure what other tires I can use without voiding the tire warranty through BMW as you are supposed to use OEM tires.
This last sentence makes no f#$%ng sense.

My E92 has been driven with Hankook V12 Evo2 and Dunlop Direza and I prefer the Hankooks...the Dunlops have a stretched look that's not appealing to me.

When I got my 4S they weren't the easiest to find. I had to order from Tire Rack, squeeze them into the car and then drove to the installer (dealer). PSS were much easier to find but I wanted to try the 4S.

Hankook Ventus V12 Evo - best option for the money. Look good, sufficient grip and quiet enough for a daily driver. If it's not a performance car, I find it hard to justify the cost of Michelins.

Not for a daily, had them on a weekend car, they were loud af.
Loudest tires I've ever drove on.
I bought them brand new and drove on them for less than 5k before selling that wheel setup.

I'll never forget a review I read on another forum where the guy said it sounded as if the red baron was following him on the freeway. So true.

I've got these tires for my track set up. I drive to the events with those on and the sound is something I got used to. I usually have the radio on anyways and it drowns out the noise. As a result, I'm sure I could live with it as a DD but I'm glad to have my stock wheels with MPSS on them.

Pilot super sports on mine, before the pss I had Goodyear F1s. I'd recommend either although the F1s were better in the cold/wet than the pss. On the up side the Michelins are wearing better than the F1s, I only used to get at the most 8,000 miles out of a pair of rears

lol yea, same here, it was on my Z3 coupe, with the windows open it was worst because the rear tire is right behind you. I had planned to use them for autox but didn't end up using them much.

The Korean brands like Hankook and Kumho are a steal and rival Pirelli and Michelin in performance.

Current Tires

Currently at 80,000 miles on my 328i RWD I have the Pirellis Run flats. The previous owner got new tires around 60,000 miles and decided to stick with the original equipment.

My goal is to get to 100,000 miles and replace them with General RT43 regular tires. I heard it would make my rider much smoother with less wind noise.

OEM 20's came with BMW star rated Michelin Pilot Super Sport (they're great in the DRY only) very sketchy in the rain above 60mph.

After 7k miles i switched to Continental DWS06 which were day and night difference in Rain

Currently on my 19's I am on Michelin Pilot Sport AS 3+ not as sketchy as MPSS in rain but not as confident as DWS06
