It was so cold here yesterday that the computer left in the parking enforcement truck, when turned on in the morning, would not start up until the system warmed up. BIOS stopped machine from starting because it was 4C internally. The first time I've had to deal with a computer that was truly "frozen"

The last couple of days it was -8/-9 at night. At this moment 8:25 in the morning, march 1st it's still -8 Celsius.
17 degrees Fahrenheit afaik...

That's very cold for the Netherlands at this date. Yesterday was our coldest 28th february ever reported in history(though we had -15/-20 Celsius too years ago but then in december or january/beginning february)

Current situation overhere))

Cheers
Robin

It has been snowing non-stop in southern Sweden the past week with temperatures ranging from 5-15 F.
This is from today, and it's still snowing like crazy.

I miss Chicagos weather.

I sprayed a bit from the hose on my 2 potato plants in the barren garden yesterday, more to keep the chickens away. This morning, there was this strange white patch where the ground used to be damp

The ladies in the office keep commenting on the vast number of jackets I seem to own. Today is brown bomber. I let one feel inside the pockets yesterday

going out to wipe down my newly acquired car this morning, the hood was covered with what looked like water drops but they were actually all solid ice.

I am a little bit northeast of Seattle. Most of the time it is above freezing but sometimes it gets into the 20s. I think it got down to 20 last week.

I am definitely not out riding my BMW motorcycle right now...
