Turn signal starts by itself
Hi everyone,
I have just bought x6 g06 40d. I have noticed quite strange behavior. When I arrive to location, put gearbox in P, but do not turn off the engine, and go out from the car and close the door, it will turn off everything automatically and later on start blinking signal to the left. The turn lever in the salon is also shifted to the left. Any idea? |

it takes some force to get past the detent and lock the stalk/lever in any turn signal position. i'd say it's a ghost

My turn signal kicks on every time I drive past the Ferrari dealer. Wife thinks it's me, not the car.

^ Yes, I have seen a few at local car show...always gets attention. At least from me, as I stop to chat with owners. That and the AMC Pacer cars...
