nice, im probably gonna try it for my first time next week,

what did you do there your first time?
how is it different than just going to the gym?

Did handstand wall walk to warm our shoulders and then went over the turkish get up. After that did 4 rounds of 200 meter run with 4 Turkish get ups each arm. It wasn't to bad for my first day.
