On blizzard days like today (North East Coast), there are hundreds of ENTHUSIASTS that wish the traction/stability control system was 50x faster.
Some even complain that their BMW's aren't as good in the snow as they thought (mostly because of poor tire choices), but a quicker system would definitely help across the board.
The "OFF" button is always there.
