Nah, I agree - if I was taking a photo of my gun to show it off, it wouldn't be where it could easily be proved safe, it'd be as you did.

I was just saying that Dang3r is technically right in his "unsafe" assertion, because one should always assume the firearm is loaded and ready to fire until proven otherwise.
