FS: E39 S62 V8 (with only 78k on it) and E39 M5 transmission with all electronics needed for 6-speed E39 swap (I also have all the other parts you need for a swap as a full kit - ask me if you need them). Bought these as a package for an M5iT project that is turning in another direction. Bought them from Adam (Clemster) on the M5board recently and he has driven both and confirmed they are in good shape and the compression numbers are excellent. Located at Bimmerworld in Radford, VA, pick up would be helpful but I might be able to ship.
S62 Engine: $5300
E39 M5 6-speed Trans: $950
Or package deal - pick up both for $6150.
