Parting out complete S62 engine w/ 97k miles

I'm parting out a complete S62 engine out of a 2001 M5 with 97k miles that suffered a front end collision. Block, cylinder heads, vanos units, pistons, TBs, intake and all ancilliary parts were tested and inspected and are in good working condition. Basically I'm selling every part that is attached to the engine. No part too small, selling off the parts for cheap. All the rubber hoses are in very good condition.

The engine ran very well prior to taking it apart, but it had a rod bearing tapping noise. After opening up the bottom end, cylinder 5 and 6 showed bad bearings and the crankshaft is a little scoured at the rod bearing journals. It was repairable, but it meant taking apart the heads and redoing the timing. You really need to know what you're doing to synch the heads, vanos, timing, etc. and I don't know how to do that nor do I have the proper tools to put it back together. Best way for me to deal with this is take it apart, study the engine and part it out. If I get the knowledge I need from this experience and some cash, I will be stoked.

Besides, I already sourced another complete donor M5 car for my M5 Touring project car.
