I met MAX and Jos here in Belgium . I can tell you , by nature MAX is actually shy.
In the past , you could find MAX always somewhere quiet the background.

But MAX made a big step forwards in front of the cams , when he kicked Ocon's A$$ in the box .

Ocon does have a look/smirk that seems to be asking to be punched. Unsurprisingly, other than Ricciardo, he has a gift of incurring the ire of his team mate.
