Beating Arkansas is expected. Texas A&M is higher ranked. Unlikely to get a big bump from that win assuming they win.
Beating Alabama would be big but not sure it would make A&M leapfrog over Ohio State, Louisville, Clemson and Michigan. It would mean Alabama isn't as invincible as people think, but that doesn't mean A&M would immediately be considered the best team. Ultimately, it doesn't really matter right now. Almost every team will lose along the way so what matters are records at the end of the season, including conference championships.
