that horse manure thing...I don't understand it. Is it better when it's freezing cold out, as so that the flavor and stench is condensed and doesn't get released until it's in your warm mouth? Or are people eating it because it's what philly people do and it's one step removed from that sorry excuse for a beef sandwich you call a cheesestake?
