Too bad the 'we' above accounts for a percentage of the current U.S. BMW target market that is almost certainly in the low to middle single digits.

You do realize that the manual now accounts for less than four percent of U.S. auto sales -- a downward trend that's been consistent since the early 1990s --
right? It isn't BMW. It's the entire industry.
